Butternut squash soup

Light meal for 5:2 fasting days.

Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbls olive oil
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 500 ml water

Method

Chop it all up. put it in a pan. cook. zhoozh.
